1. Use of Website

By browsing, navigating, or utilizing this website (including submitting booking forms or inquiry fields), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any terms, please discontinue using the site.

2. Appointments, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Lumière Salon & Spa operates on a tight reservation schedule. When you book a slot, that time is completely allocated to you. We request at least 24 hours of advance notice for rescheduling or cancelling sessions. Repeated failures to arrive at booked sessions without notice may block you from booking online slots in the future.

3. Pricing & Billing

Pricing lists displayed on our Services and Offers pages are current guidelines but may change without notice depending on customized hair/skin product volume needs. Final pricing will be disclosed during your in-salon consultation before the treatment starts.

4. Liability Limitations

Our stylists and skin therapists carry high certifications, but results may vary depending on individual skin sensitivities, prior hair treatments, or underlying allergies. You agree to disclose all skin allergies, medical issues, or chemical hair treatments before starting services. Lumière Salon & Spa is not liable for allergic reactions to standard professional brands if details were withheld.

5. Governing Law

These terms and all bookings are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India.
