Welcome to Casa Verde. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Casa Verde's website and table reservation pipelines.

1. Reservation Policies

By requesting a table reservation on our site, you agree to provide accurate details (name, valid phone number, date, and guests count). Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reserved time, after which the slot may be released to walk-in waitlists.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or adjust your reservation time, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled dining slot. No deposit charges are made for standard tables, but special private dining events may require a pre-payment buffer.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use this website to submit fraudulent reservation requests, spam forms, or inject malicious scripts into form fields.
